Chaminade College Preparatory School Chaminade College Preparatory School is dedicated to preparing young men for success in college and in life. This is accomplished through faith and character formation in the Marianist tradition and academic excellence. Chaminade accepts students of all faiths. Students who have above average to superior ability can expect to be successful at Chaminade.

The curriculum offers 28 Advanced Placement college credit courses as well as 120 dual college credit courses through St. Louis University and the University of Missouri. Chaminade follows an alternating block schedule, which allows students to take 8 or 9 classes each year. Over 80% of our seniors are offered merit-based college scholarships.

Chaminade's extensive campus in suburban St. Louis includes 7 science labs, 2 gymnasiums, an indoor pool, 8 tennis courts, soccer field, turf field, and a new all-weather track and football stadium. An extensive athletic program offers 19 sports with recent conference, district or state championships in baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, ice hockey, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball and wrestling. Over 150 students participate in our award-winning symphonic, concert and jazz band programs.

The resident staff and teachers encourage all students to be the best they can be academically, spiritually, physically, and socially. Financial aid is available to all day and boarding families who qualify. Domestic and International applicants may enter at the start of each semester (mid-August and early January).

    PLTW (Project Lead the Way) A nationally recognized STEM curriculum gives our students the opportunity to learn the basics of automation and design and go on to many computer programing and upper level engineering courses.
